No amount of words can summarize how painful it feels to see the news of the growing number of hate crimes towards Asian Americans around the country, especially the violent attacks on Asian American seniors, the most vulnerable in our community.

After 2020, we at CAN hoped for the better and that this year will usher in solidarity no matter what race or community any of us are from.  We call onto, not just the authorities and the respective leaders of different states, but to everyone to speak up and hold each other accountable.

Our hearts go out to the families of the victims of these attacks. Together, let us spark the right things--empathy, respect, and understanding--as we join hands as one community.

Here are ways to stay informed and organizations to support.
