The Philippine Nurses Association of Illinois, in collaboration with St. Padre Pio Human Concerns Commission, the Confraternity of San Lorenzo Ruiz de Manila, Chicago Department of Public Health, and Versiti Blood Center of Illinois, invites you to a Community Health Fair—a chance to take care of your health and support others through blood donation.
Services offered include blood glucose and blood pressure screenings, CPR education, vaccinations, Medicare information, a Zumba session, and blood donation.
