Logline: When Chan Woo, a Deaf Asian American teen, visits his war-veteran grandfather, Choong Jik, for the weekend, Chan Woo struggles to overcome the communication barriers—caused by his grandfather’s dementia—to unravel the truth behind a deep, family secret that his grandfather has been hiding his whole life, that could change Chan Woo’s relationship to his family and sense of identity.
