We are excited to welcome you to our Open House and Iftar event, celebrating the opening of our newly renovated health clinic in Rogers Park! Join us in celebrating the spirit of community. At sunset, we will break fast by enjoying a delicious meal while learning about our mission, programs, and the impact we have on health in our neighborhoods.
