Calamansi (AKA calamondin) is a citrus fruit originating from the Philippines and is commonly used in parts of Indonesia, Malaysia, and Brunei, as well as parts of southern China and Taiwan. In traditional Philippine cuisine, calamansi is used in various condiments, beverages, dishes, marinades, and preserves. At Calamansi Dreams, experience this naturally very sour fruit in a variety of ways- traditional and non-traditional, as a sweet or added to a savory item.
