Synopsis
After being adopted by a white, middle-class American family, a young Asian American woman finds kinship with three other Asian Americans as they navigate life, love, and adulthood from a multicultural perspective. Determined to reconnect with her birth mother, the young woman embarks on a madcap journey across the Asian continent with her friends by her side in a quest for self-discovery and reclamation of cultural identity.
