Event Date: July 23, 2026 (6PM)

Gather together and enjoy lesser known Vietnamese dishes reimagined as plant-forward and shareable bites.

Đi Ăn Hong? ("Do you wanna go eat?") is a common Southern Vietnamese invitation that reflects the joy of gathering over food—a big part of our culture.

Join us for an evening of shared plates, drinks, and community, featuring a menu of lesser-known Vietnamese dishes reimagined as plant-forward and shareable small bites brought to you by Hieu Trinh!

Doors at Fathom open at 5pm and the pop up menu will be available starting at 6pm until food sells out. Fathom remains open until 11pm.

Fathom is 21+ and requires physical or mobile ID for all guests to enter. Fathom is also ADA accessible with easy entry through our front and garage doors.

Please note: RSVPs are not required to attend nor do they guarantee a food order should we sell out. RSVPs serve as calendar reminders for guests and attendance expectations for staffing and our cook for the evening.
