
Chinese New Year falls on February 1, 2022 (Year of the Tiger, 4720), and the Lunar New Year parade will take place on Sunday, February 13, 2022 which will begin at 1:00 p.m.
The City of Chicago has officially approved the permit for the parade, which will begin at the intersection of 24th Street and Wentworth Avenue and travel north on Wentworth towards the viewing stand at Cermak and Wentworth.
The parade will feature traditional dragon and lion dancing teams, colorful floats, marching bands and marching groups.
