Cà Phê Đá—Vietnamese Coffee with Vietfive

Event Date: Saturday, June 7 at 10:30 a.m.

Join us for an intimate and engaging Vietnamese coffee workshop, in collaboration with local Vietnamese-owned coffee shop VietFive!

In this 1.5 hour hands-on experience, participants will:

• learn to prepare Vietnamese coffee using the traditional phin filter brewing method from VietFive owner and founder Tuan Huynh
• taste their creation alongside delicious bánh patê sô (pâté chaud), a Vietnamese savory puff pastry
• explore cà phê đá’s history and cultural significance, including its French connection
