10th annual Asian American Action Day

On May 9th, the Pan-Asian Voter Empowerment (PAVE) Coalition, including AFIRE Chicago, are holding its 10th annual Asian American Action Day at the State Capitol in Springfield, IL!

We’re heading to Springfield because policy is passed through stories. AAA Day gives our communities the opportunity to speak directly with our legislators to push for our legislative agenda.

This year, PAVE is fighting for the Language Equity and Access Act, Faith Behind Bars, Faith By Plate, Driver’s Licenses for All, Protection from Unfair Medical Debt, and Health Care Cultural Competency.
