Foraging the depths of a peanut butter jar one day, Jitesh realized with shock that he is now an Indian-American! Can home change? Can identity? Does love? Follow his journey as he leaves India for America in the pursuit of love and goes back to find that the hometown he missed is now missing. Will he be able to recreate it? Suitcase Stories follows Jitesh's journey as he battles visa authorities, culture shock, harsh weather and a nagging call to leave it all and return to safety. This hilarious and soul-stirring one-man show is a collection of stories that connects Jitesh with Americans of all stripes. It is a journey that asks: what does a home mean? And lets the audience answer for themselves.
