RNRA 26th Annual Reception & Gala - 42nd Ward Alderman Brendan Reilly, 18th District CPD Commander Michael Barz, and RNRA leaders will update guests on public safety, local development, and other key issues for River North and the City of Chicago. Exquisite Tao food and drinks will be served.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to attend. Capacity is limited and reservations are required. All proceeds support neighborhood advocacy activities in River North. Attendees agree to RNRA’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and acknowledge RNRA's authorization to use event photos in any or all of its print and/or digital publications.

Located in the 126-year-old building that was the onetime home of the Chicago Historical Society, Tao features a 275-seat dining room and a 7,000-square-foot nightclub. Dramatic interiors and oversize Asian artwork sourced from around the world (like a 16-foot statue of Quan Yin, the Buddhist goddess of mercy and compassion, which dominates the dining room) highlight Tao’s visual appeal. In a neighborhood famous for its dining and nightlife, Tao's unique venue and award-winning cuisine make it one of River North's top destinations.

To protect the health of attendees, volunteers and venue staff, this event is being conducted subject to current CDPH guidelines. RNRA encourages compliance with all applicable public health protocols but is not responsible for the health and safety of event participants.
