In cooperation with Beam Suntory, the JCCC Culture Department will hold the "East Meets West Experience: Learn about the history of whisky and the fusion of Japanese and American cultures in the cocktail market!" Did you know that this year 2023 marks the 100th anniversary of Suntory Whisky born in Japan? Learn about the history of whiskey, how the Japan-based highball culture is promoted in the United States, and the evolution of cocktails that blend Japan and Western culture. A social gathering is also planned after the seminar, so we would like to invite everyone to participate.
