In celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month in May, Sunda New Asian is showcasing a limited-time lineup of chef-driven dishes that honor bold Filipino flavors with a modern twist. With deep roots in the Philippines, Billy Dec, the Founder of Sunda New Asian, and Executive Chef Mike Morales, take great pride in presenting creative interpretations of their cherished recipes all year round, with a special focus during May.

Located in River North (110 W Illinois) and Fulton Market (333 Green St), Sunda New Asian offers the ideal setting to indulge in these culinary delights throughout the entire month:

Baked Oysters ($30): coconut braised collar green “laing”, bacon, pickled chili, toasted panko
Sisig ($29): braised pork belly, honeycomb tripe, red onions, shishito peppers, crispy egg, chili lime vinaigrette, roti prata
Short Rib Kare Kare ($68): braised beef short ribs, achiote peanut sauce, bagoong chili crisp, fresh herbs
Kamayan Feast ($180): Array of celebratory Filipino dishes curated to be shared for the ultimate communal dining experience! Limited availability per day serves up to 4 guests and includes adobo pork belly crispy pata, chicken inasal, garlic shrimp, lumpia egg rolls, green beans, jasmine rice & dipping sauces.
